Philanchez or The Holy Catholic Empire of Philanchez is a Pseudo-Parliamentry Theocratic Monarchy. It was founded by the great Premiers, Sean Phillips and Andrew Sanchez (not to be confused with Leon Sanchez of imperialist fame).
