The Dwarves of Starblaydia live in the ancient mountain of Karak D'Ragh in the heart of the Riegas province of Central-Southern Starblaydia.

They were discovered by a Survey Team as Starblaydia expanded eastwards into the nation formerly known as the Holy Empire of Nemya. An extra piece of territory in the mountainous Reigas region was gifted to Starblaydia by the Atlantian Oceania Council to connect the two southern-most points of Starblaydia's newly-enlarged territory. Upon exploration it was discovered that inside the largest mountain lived a large self-sufficient, Modern Tech community of Dwarves.

After research into the highly-detailed Dwarven records it was revealed that around two thousand years ago, an agreement was made between the Daii and the Dwarves to end hostility and promote friendship between the two peoples. As the descendants of those two great races, Tiberius Starblayde and Galhim Khazum-Kharad forged a new alliance between Dwarves and Humans, effectively enveloping the Dwarven society into a greater, stronger, more diverse Starblaydia.

Conceptually, Starblaydi Dwarves are a mixture of the Tolkein and Warhammer races of the same name
