The Republic of Rexxarae or Rexxarae, Latin: lä Rèpūblīcā dë Rēxxáræ, Rexxarean: hal republic ad Rexxarre, Rexxaerite: ეს ათვალიერებთ ვიკიპედია (waki el'hal'repoble Dromi), is a socioly harmonic nation in the region of Du Maurier. Rexxarae's landmass is somewhat blobbish and uncertain of shape, but it most resembles a pentagon.

Rexxareans, as they are known, are generally an economically open-minded but socially conservative people, fearlessly showing Islamic nationality but, at the same time, showing economical progress donationing to the cuases of communist and capitalist countries alike. Rexxarae has also been famous for acceptance of considerably old social ideas, such as monarchy or anarchism. Although not the most libertarian nation in the world, residents and foreigners enjoy high social and economic freedom combined with rich phillosophy, a corruption-free police and political system, and a fantastically unique culture that recognizes the co-existance of pluralism, globalization, and ethnism together.

In general, Rexxarean foreign policy displays agressiveness, though it has been shown to try peaceful means before war. The Rexxarean government structure is generally a plain republic, although the electoral system is considered strange by some. There are, thereas, six main political parties; though in the reforms executed by Chancellor Aelie Ævernicus, the founding of new parties has almost no prequisites. The most famous of parties, though smallest, is the Rexxarean Royal Party, who support the institution of the Italian royal family as constitutional monarchs in Rexxarae. All Italian royal family members were admitted as Rexxarean citizens in 1999, though it took alot of beurocratical-force/

The Population

The Rexxarean population, overall, is aspiring to reach one billion by 2007, and the country has done a rather good job at keeping Rexxareans from leaving (not by force, of course). The Rexxareans are the ordinary majority latin and rexxarean language speaking people, accustomed to modern life and islam. The Rexxaraeites, who speak the rexxaraeite language, live in nomadic camps and preserves, accustomed to dark-age technology and living standards, though they are privilaged to run the state's casinos as compensation for their descrimination over the years. The remainder is made up of of a wide diversity of other ethnicities like Italian, Francois, German, Jewish, Arabian, and Indians.

Life expectancy in Rexxarae is average and stands at about 78 years. Rexxarean health care is public as a good remnant of the communist era, maintaining good health for all - the rich and the poor alike.

Culture

Rexxarae is famous for its economical and military prowess but it is the intellectual and philosophical dimensions that truly count. Rexxarae remains a nation of philosophers, scientists, religious leaders, artists and diverse political beliefs that unite under the banner of faith and power.

Many outsiders seem to think of the residents of this country as prim and proper do-good subjects of the Islamic faith that have a highly conservative background yet fanatically communist ideaology. This is only true to some extent. Rexxareans are, in the general sense, a libertarian people and acceptive of other cultures, races, beliefs and creeds.

Despite this, Rexxarae itself displays a large sense of formality, putting a large emphasis on socio-economy and muslem nationalism. Personal wealth is considered an evil, as private enterprises are banned. The current ruling parrty, The Muslim Democratic Coalition, based it's candidency on the platform of capitalising that nation - though this had yet to happen.

Rexxarean culture is based mainly on a unique way of life way of life: religion, confidence and experience. Over 70% of the nation's citizens attend the mosque weekly, and over 30% practice all five neccesary prayers daily. Rexxarae has generally a normative western music industry, with little folk music and more current genres such as heavy\alternative\death metal and hip-hop rising.

Meanwhile, the food in Rexxarae is widely considered tasty and unique. The Rexxareans, though being a landmass nation, have a great apatite for fish, along with baked goods and potato-bread. However, Rexxarean cuisine is so encompassing that many dishes include other types of meats or meat alternatives (eggs, seafood), and a growing fusion-cuisine movement has grown, with many new Middle-east-fusion restaurants dotting the nightlife of Rexxarae's cities. As well, the minority groups of Rexxaraes have contributed their own homeland cuisines, such as the unique Rexxaraeite maple-wine.

Rexxarean law provides freedom of religion, though ever-since the consolidation of the republic, Islamic nationalism has risen greatly. 76% of the population claim themselves Sunni, 14% claim themselves Shi'a, 8% belong to the Shanti moslem sect and 2% are Christians, Pagans, and Jews. Many of the people, however, are atheistic, as religious practice levels have been documented to be atheistic in more then 28% of the population.

The Shanti Sect

The Shanti Islamic sect is a relatively new form of Islam, founded and found in Rexxarae. The religious sect was established by Samira Al'Shant (1925-1997) in 1963, and is heavily influenced by western Hippy culture. The Shanti are considered a cult by many, because of their bizzare faith; they condemn violence as the worst of all sins, beleiving death is better then violent offense. They believe that the time spent working should be no-more then half the time spent resting and spending time with loved ones. They also believe the consumption of any entoxicans (including narcotics) is acceptable, do they do not incourage it. The movement is currently lead by Consor Asael Daerimo.

Language

Languages are a large part of Rexxarean life because of the cultural diversity the country contains. Latin, though a rather ancient language, is still the only official language of the country. Official texts, lectures, debates, and television programmes are in Latin. Rexxarean is, in fact, the informal language of the nation. Most media and dayly life events are in Rexxarean, and so are the pop-culture related events. Rexxareaite language is considered strange in the eyes of many, including some Rexxaraeites. The language has a poor volcabulary, a strange alphabet(ვალიერე), and a small audience of native speakers.

Public Services

Education

Rexxarae prides itself on a good and equalistic educational system. The government provides semi-anual nusring payments for children until the age of five, making it possible for them to be nursed and educated properly. Paleoacademic schools, which children attend from the ages of 6-12 are completely free of charge, with workbooks, textbooks, tools, and any other requirement pre-paid by the government. Paleoacademic schools are also duty-attendive, which means parents must send their children to school. After paleoacademic classes comes another free, duty-attendive grade-level: mesoacademic schools, which teenagers attend from the ages of 13-16. After that, the students may attend Neoacademic schools (ages 17-18). This is not compulsory, though a student must graduate from a Neoacademic school in-order to qualify for a college. At the age of 18 or 19, men and women of the Rexxarean nation are recruited for a 3-year term in the military. After that, they may choose to attend free colleges around the state.

Healthcare

Rexxarean healthcare is truly and completely free. Hospitals involve no payment or money whatsoever - all government-funded. However, free healthcare takes it's toll on expensive treatment and organ-transplant lists. That is why the government buys obsolete organs from doners, and compluses people to donate the organs of their dead. Additionaly, insurence firms work on saving their clients exclusive spots in the organ-transplant list.

Community

Waste-related facilities are local-authoritie-controlled, so are public repairs and pathways. Bridges, roads, and community structures are government-funded. The government is allegdly providing full feeding, wellfare, and housing for the poor and unemployed, though this is not true. More then 80% of Rexxarae's poor are homeless, sick, and striving for survival. Many find the military as a way out of poverty. Pensions for the elderly are government funded, enabling those over 60 years of age to live a pleasent and non-poor life. Transportation works on a semi-free system. Urban and sub-urban bus\subway networks are completely free. The government holds a single long-term train network and a single waterway transportation network; these are set to minimal conditions but cost only a symbolic 1 rexoe. There are competing companies to the government-owned networks, which take higher costs but have much better conditions.

Rexxarae's official national sport is basketball, though baseball and volleyball are by-far more popular among the people. Each of the Rexxarean sports leagues tradionally features a reprasentative team of the military, of the Rexxaraeites, and of the radical islamists. Military-origined team often prove worthy.

Rexxarae's unique political system calls for unique elections. It is rather simple: the party who recieves the highest vote count becomes the government, the rest go to hell. Even so, the small but not too-small amount of parties gets people voting, without caring wheather they have a chance or not. Voting is personal and intimate.

The law and order system of Rexxarae is aggressive and effective. Crime is greatly discouraged, though vague cases are examined through-and-through to make sure that the innocent do not pay for the guilty's crimes. The unique justice system of the nation divides crime into five groups:

• Noxia (assault, vandalism, hit & run, rape) - prison sentances, including multiple lifetime,

* Sub-Group: Homicide (murder) - prison sentance, no less then lifetime, death by surgery

• Delictum (fraud, deciet, racism, lible) - fine, compensation fine, rarely prison sentance
• Possesio (drunk n' driving, narcotic-related-crimes, illegal ownership of a deadly weapon) - fine, probation, personal restrictions
• Proditio (treason, conspiracy, crimes against the state) - death by surgery

Economy

Rexxarae is the strongest socialist economy in the world. Sharing similar statistics with China, it is clear that Rexxarae, being much smaller, inlicts much greater economical power in comparison to it's size and capita. Though the current ruling party has promised to capitalize Rexxaræ, tha nation remains a communist haven, free of private enterprises. All corporations are publicly-owned, which means they truly belong to the public. The government puts a harsh limit on the stock purchase a single individual can invoke, thus reducing the economical gap between the rich and the poor. Rexxarae's main industries are uranium mining, meat agriculture, paper production, and arms manufacturing. It has been known that a large black market operates in the Arms Manufacturing sector, selling high-tech weapons to small countries in the region.
