The Misbehaving Sultanate of Cluichstan is a prominent nation in the United Nations, although its UN status is vested in a puppet known as Cluichstani UN Mission. It proposed the Anti-Terrorism Act, which, despite its failure, inspired continued debate over how to handle international terrorism. As a result the Misbehaving Sultanate was later able to pass the UN Counterterrorism Initiative with the same purpose. Cluichstan is also the founder of UN DEFCON and a United Nations forum regular as well as a member of UNOG and the NSO. It is famed for Cluichstani Private Entertainment Services Ltd. (CPESL), and let's not forget its frickin' Death Star.
