The Rogue Nation of Agretla is a huge, environmentally stunning nation, remarkable for its punitive income tax rates. Its hard-nosed, cynical population of 379 million have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.
It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, Healthcare, and Social Welfare. The average income tax rate is 99%. A tiny private sector is dominated by the Book Publishing industry.
Voting has become a nightmare since everyone keeps selecting "None of the above", the nation's first space rocket -- sponsored by Pepsi and shaped like an enormous soda bottle -- is being developed, the government has instituted 'traveller reservations' across the country, and parents live in fear of governmental 'child protection' squads. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Agretla's national animal is the Lion, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Crown.

History
The Dictatorship of Agretla has not been located in Rineu for very long, it started out in one of the 5 Pacific regions that all nations start in. The dictator than moved it to The Armored Alliance were it started to build in regional power, gaining 13 endorsements, one more than the current delegate, Militant Territories, and because of this, it was kicked and banned from the region...how sad...
the next move was done automatically as Agretla was sent to the The Rejected Realms Next we have the nation moving to the region of The North Pacific were it becomes politically active again, until Federation of Rineu telegrams The Adder-Head, asking him to move to his region of Rineu
He agreed and moved there, where the nation is currently striving.
At 3:30 PM EST, on May 5th, a fight broke out between the Adder-Head and the Laughing Prince on the palace grounds in Lombrica and the Adder-Head was slain(long live his soul). The new ruler decided to be a fair and just ruler. As one of his first actions, he resigned from the UN, thus becoming a rouge state.
