Baribeau was founded in the spring of 2004. It has served as UN Delegate in Ganjaland, UN Delegate in Lazarus, Deputy Minister of Culture and Education in The North Pacific (as well as a brief stint as Minister), Deputy Minister of Regional Affairs in Canada, and The North Pacific's ambassador to The West Pacific. Baribeau is currently Lazarus's ambassador to TWP(The West Pacific), Canada's ambassador to TWP, and a member of The North Pacific's Underground.
