The Rogue Nation of Boricuastan is an isolated, reclusive tropical nation located somewhere in the NS multiverse. The government is remarkably secretive, and the mostly tribal people communicate little with outsiders, so little is known about the nation or its leaders. One thing's for certain though: Boricuastan is definitely not a puppet of Omigodtheykilledkenny. Boricuastanis, they have been described as "the surly, drunken second cousins of the Xt'Tapolopaquetl," but since no one in the country has the slightest idea what a "second cousin" is, the suggestion is politely ignored every time it's made. Either that, or people assume they're being insulted by comparison to anything even remotely associated with the Kennyites, and they get pissed off and punch offenders in the face. The leaders of the Boricuastani are rarely seen in public, and haven't been since the Federal Republic, putting its lofty UN sermonizing on national sovereignty into good practice, invaded the sovereign nation and declared it not a puppet of Omigodtheykilledkenny. Since "Black Wednesday," the most visible Boricuastani leader has been Tigre Soto, some guy they hired, who speaks for the government. Or at least he claims to speak for it. Some say he is a second cousin of Manuelo Fernanda, but then again with the whole "second cousins" thing, so no one knows who the hell he is. Though he has been seen behind a curtain yelling, "I am the Great and Powerful Dictator! Pay no attention to that man shouting into the microphone!"
Another thing about our beloved Boricuastan: any insinuation that the nation was simply made up by a Kennyite diplomat during a UN debate on repealing the Gay Rights resolution is a demonstrable lie. Boricuastan is as real as you or me or that little floating green alien over there! Now let's have no further talk about Boricuastan being a "fake nation."
