The NationStates site does not keep copies of the failed United Nations resolutions on its UN resolution archive. However, a number of resolutions have failed. Part of the reason few resolutions fail is because all proposals need a large number of delegate endorsements to become resolutions, meaning less popular ideas are weeded out by UN Delegates.


The total number of failed resolutions include:

  • 26 resolutions and repeals are known to have failed
  • 2 resolutions are believed to have failed
