The Applied Philosophies of Cave Canem was born in the West Pacific and apart from a brief sabbatical in the Rejected Realms has remained there ever since.
Cave Canem, CC to one and all was Associate Justice of the West Pacific under CJ Halmont during some turbulent times in the court. He resigned his position to take some much needed 'gardening leave'. Having spent some time relaxing in Nation States' only ejection free realm, he returned to TWP and worked towards reconstruction and the third constitution.
Cave Canem was appointed Regent of the West Pacific during the delegacy of Wickedly Evil People, a position which he has retained since the transition of power to Shasoria. CC is currently also serving as the Chief Justice of the West Pacific court.
