The Federal Republic of Cieara (La République fédérale de Cieara) is a decentralized federation of five provinces and four territories. Known as a peaceful, industrious nation, she was originially settled by French colonials, followed by a larger more dominant English colonial immigration thus founding the nation's independence.

Cieara's capital is Termina, home of the nation's houses of government, as well as the residences of the President of Cieara and the Supreme Court of Cieara.
Originally a union of former French and English colonies, Cieara is now an independent nation and a member of the European Union. Cieara is officially bilingual, with French wide spoken in the eastern province of Québec, in Eastern Ontario and in specific communities throughout Eastern Cieara. English is the majority language elsewhere. Both houses of government mainly comprises members of four main political parties.
Cieara is a technologically advanced and industrialized nation, largely self-sufficient in energy due to its relatively large deposits of fossil fuels found on the northwest coast, nuclear energy generation, and hydroelectric power capabilities.
