Was once a Privy Councillor for the Federation, but was sacked due to his part in the Socialist uprising which led to the Dyelli Beybian Civil War. At the outbreak of the War the General was leading the detachment of troops sent to the Al Anbar War, although he and his men rapidly returned to Dyelli Beybi and fought with some distinction for the Socialist cause.
In recent years O'Booze helped crush the Tzarist uprising in Fiord Harbour, along with his old colleague from the Battle of Bath, Christopher France. Following this he was reappointed as a Consul for Privy Council of the Federated Klatchian Coast, the Joint Defense Force of the Klatch.
