- Fix the NSwiki:Failed uploads bug
- Create NSwiki:Request for Administrative Help, and if possible, let it display as a "You have new messages" for sysops.
- Unbreak the featured articles process.
- Get rid of the RC patrol exclamation marks, as nobody uses them.
- Finish adding blank and contentless pages to the Candidates for speedy deletion, and then purge them.
