St. Heim Pappel State is a large nation covered in grasslands and forests known for its overly protective care of the wild Carro that roam its vast lands. S.H.P.S is divided into 5 main regions of islands that cover the large area known under the initials S.H.P.S.

The largest of the five is known as Rada State and is home to 3 major cities, the Capital of S.H.P.S; Heim Rada, and finally the vast Rada Mountain Range. Rada state has been home to the indigenous peoples for many centuries, as well as the many groups of people who sailed over late in the 9th century and set up their homes near the coasts. These people soon took over by 'Peaceful' methods and the Capital of Heim Rada was founded. Many people have attempted to cross the Rada Mts. but none have successfully passed, which does cause some minor trade problems for the city of Bla' Dreug to the North east, but a large tunnel going through the mountains is being built to solve this problem.

The capital of Heim Rada is also home to the Grand Church of Light where people from all over come to show their thanks to God. During the great rebellion this Church was badly damaged by a Cyrian bomb. This disaster led to the War of the States which lasted for 30 years. When the Great War had finally ended Cyrias was removed from the U.S.P (United States of Pappel) but reinstated 3 years later due to the uniting of the C.N.C.T (Cyrian National Carro Trust) and the A.P.S.W.C (Association for the Protection and Spread of the Wild Carro) in 1983.

Cyrias State lies to the South west of the group of Islands. It is known for the abundant supply of the Puri Palm, a plant most accustomed for by human and Carro alike. It is said that the bark of the Puri Palm has vast medicinal properties, where as a single Nut has enough poison to kill 20 humans in an instant, but is a most favererd food source by the Carro, whose strongly acidic saliva destroys the poison on contact. Cyrias also has a large chain of fishing markets along the North coast due to the warmer waters attracting more delicious fish. People come from all over S.H.P.S to Jickona to taste some of the finest Snapper, Bream and Lobster from all over.

The third area is known as the Triangle Islands. Although these islands are not closely linked, the ocean in the centre is said to be a death trap and has claimed many boats and lives. Since the waters are incredibly treacherous the people living on those islands have developed winged ships that allow them to glide through the air safely out of distance from the water below. These ships can only be used over this section of ocean however, since the incredibly strong upward drafts are the only thing capable of holding these boats above the ocean. The republic of Poko (the North-West Island) is mainly comprised of Markets and shops selling boats, and ship equipment. It is a fairly busy city and almost unreal compared to the peaceful ways of life throughout the rest of S.H.P.S.

The most Northerly reaches of S.H.P.S are home to the fourth of the island states, Tulania State. The two major Cities’ in Tulania are mainly populated by Academics, Artists and Musicians. Way back in the History of S.H.P.S Tulania was chosen to be home of Knowledge and Understanding, Creativity and Logic. It was also chosen, due to its nice climate that it would be the place to have the "Coliseum De Beau". Every year large tournaments of strength speed and skill are held to honour the ancient sports that were once played on these grounds, as a way of keeping the artists and professors healthy. Nowadays some people go to Charona just to improve their Physical skills.

The final Region is known as Bilgfrasch State. It is a tiny island well designed for digging, due to the rich amounts of Gold, Silver and Such other Ores like Iron. It is a very industrial place compared to the beauty that graces the other four States, but then it wasn't like this before people discovered the vast amounts of ore buried here. The Historians say that sometime in the next 100 years Bilgfarsch will become nothing but a large empty pit if the present rate that people are digging stays constant.
