The Jingoistic States of Perpendiculous is a small, economically powerful nation, remarkable for its barren, inhospitable landscape. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 12 million are either ruled by a small, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.
The tiny, pro-business government concentrates mainly on Law & Order, although Commerce and Healthcare are secondary priorities.
