The Socialistic Federation of Pestroika, or simply Pestroika, is a Soviet-parody in Nova Norway. The owner says he wanted to make a parody of the RL Soviet Union, just in a more nice version. He've also said that most of the policy his extreme nation stands for isn't his personal beleaves.

Pestroika was delcleared as a independent federation after the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991, and was named after Mikhail Gorbachev's political program called Prestroika, but the revolutionary president, Mr. Pjodr Merenev, wrote wrong in his transcripted message, and then the federation's official name was Pestroika (without the first r).
