The colony of Plutoni is an experiment by Professor Emeritus Egbert B. Gebstadter of the Artificial Intelligence University in Zwangzug, who hopes to study the possibilities of human-robot coexistence. Theoretically run by Douglas Palindromi, its inhabitants live in a fairly anarchic state. Reports of population greater than the actual 5,040 (humans) are due to the counting of all organisms.

Plutonians, as they are known, are as geeky as their peon counterparts, but more athletic (steam hockey is all the rage, and some players are actually decent at it). The country sent a team to the World Cup of Ice Hockey 3, which won a single game and lost four. They could also be considered gymnasts, contorting themselves into various spatial dimensions (five and counting). The nation may send a delegation to the Third Winter Olympics, but is undecided as to whether or not it will do so.

The nation joined the United Nations in order to defend the Democratic Communist States, and assumed the delegacy of Math on June 10, 2007. It also serves on the Math Committee.

Its voting record in the UN is shown below.
