The President of the First Republic was elected to a 4 year term, and could be reelected indefinitely. There was only one President.

Third Republic
The President of the Third Republic was elected to a 91 day term, and could be reelected 4 consecutive times. This was amended to a single two year term in October of 2006. Up until July of 2006, in the case of the death/resignation/removal of the president, the President of the Senate (VP) became Acting President, until elections could be held. Only Albert Walker served as Acting President. After July of 2006, in the case of the death/resignation/removal of the president, the holder of new position of Vice President of Hekloslogravia, would succede the president
