A quite mysterious Cookeslander. He is most often seen in The CBC Studios talking with Milchama Banks. Nothing is known about his past and when asked he casually drifts away. The Blue Eyed Man recently became the second UN Delegate for Cookesland, relieving Lostelle Caelia and David Swansea. His Birthday is March 27th
