After Starblaydia's international football hiatus, Roque Bravo made his debut for the Starblaydia Under-21s as their captain. Starblaydia finished in Third Place under his leadership, and he scored two goals in the tournament: against Minilla Island and Kura-Pelland. He was noted for his skill on the ball, as well as his positional and leadership abilities.

Roque was then selected for the 20th AOCAF as a partnership with Claudio Melciori of Iskara Daii. A 'lowly' eighth-ranked Starblaydia made it all the way to the Quarter-Finals, before losing to top side Hypocria, though even in defeat Roque was noted by the Hypocrian press as an outstanding player.
