The Coalition came to formation as forward defence alliance for traditionally rival nation-states against aggressive actions of The Holy Dominion. The alliance was proposed by MDKCorp and quickly gained support as a military alliance from the younger states. At the close of the Dominion Wars, the alliance was disbanded. The Coalition was succeeded by The Cosmonautical Cooperation of the Continents of PEEL (CCCP).
