The Anarchic Lands of Tingitana is an unorganized nation of over four and a half billion people in the region Terranordalis. It is bordered by Commerce Heights (part of Atlantian Oceania) to the west and Imminent Implosion, Replucans, and Lukeonia to the east.
History
Tingitana was founded in 2006 as a colony of Bedistan on what was then the southern continent of Paripana. The nation gained independence in 2007. Tingitana's formal government after independence was always very weak, and there has been no such government to speak of since about the early 2030s. In a completely unexpected reversal of fortune, the overcrowded Tingitanans banded together briefly to conquer their former overlords, forcing the people of Bedistan to move elsewhere. All of Bedistan's original territory as well as parts of the former nations of Lontorica, Sokojiwa, Karacos, Silverbrook, and Khiousagahd are now occupied by Tingitana.
Conflicts
A part of Lontorica is currently disputed between Tingitana and Commerce Heights, but recent depopulation of the area has been interpreted by some as an implicit concession of the land to Tingitana.
