Toopoxica is a small nation which chooses to keep it's exact location and exitance a mystery, it lashes out into the broader NS world via small teams of specially trained assassins, it is suspected that the nation itself is hidden behind the front of another nation which appears isolationist in it's self.

History
Ancient Toopoxica
Early Toopoxicans were freed slaves from the nation of Toops, they settled after a period of nomadicity in an area of the Middle East, the exact information pertaining to this settlement has been lost through time and many cover ups.
Industrial Toopoxica
Toopoxican civilisation dissapeared sometime in the 17th century, also the first recognised sighting of a Toopoxican assassin, the twice through coincidences have made conspiracy theoretists inquire into nations of the time being fronts for the Toopoxican assassins, nations such as Spooty and Kaduna were put under the spotlight, both appearing in time for themselves to be made as fronts.
Modern Toopoxica
Advancements in technology have bought the Toopoxican civilisation more ways to kill, including Nerve Gases and time tested Poisons, the Gun revolution bought about a large use in the sniper Rifle, other information on the Toopoxican assassin is attempted to remain hidden.

Toxitroops
The Toxitroop Army was formed in the 1850's when Toopoxia began the use of Chlorine gas in combat, in order to gain the upper hand the Toxitroops were sent into the Chlorine choked landscapes with wet rags over the mouth to stop themselves from dying, originally these troops were known as Toxin Troops for thier strong link with using poisons, the name was bastardised and became Toxitroops, the apperance didn't change until the 1920's when the Gas Mask was invented and became both a purposeful protection from the Poisons and a means of scaring the people, these Toxitroops changed from decades as newer masks were developed, in the 1980's the Toxitroop uniform was both a gas mask and the standardised HasMat suit which protected against skin based toxins, it was in this time that there were plans to change the name from Toxitroop into Poxican Guard, the original was chosen due to it's already widespread fame, the Modern Toxitroop is more of a psychological tool for spreading fear, the lightwieght armour provides an airtight seal around the user, two oxygen canisters provide a sterile environment in which to fight, and lastly the optical screen provides a view of the battlefield in one of four metheods, 1: Infra Red 2: Night Vision 3: Ultra Violet or 4: Regular.
Leadership
The Puppet leader which sits atop these fronts for Toopoxica are fictitious, they are made to seem more like the average citizen of the nation from where the coup was initiated, in secret the Toopoxican leader is King ###### who has served his peoples for many years.
Funding
Of course being nomadic there is little funding and the meager scraps of 3rd world nations are not going to sustain an army, instead the Toopoxicans have many Corporations for funding, including assests in Oil, Gas, Technology, Weapons Manufacturing, Uranium Mining and many many more enterprises, some are even facing off eachother and others don't even know they are in Toopoxican employ.
Overall Goals
The overall goal of the organisation has yet to be explained and remains safely locked up in the mind of the leader, ultimatly all the ventures taken byt the organisation will lead to the realisation of this goal.
Industry Fronts
Schmiel Weapons
Fritz Schmiel joined the organisation knowing little about it's intentions, only that it could boost his business profits by up to 5 times, when he eventually realised the actual point of the Organisation he realised that he had little choice but to stay, when Spootopolis fell to riots Schmiel was selling weapons for the Organisation which were then secretly working towards gaining complete control.
Blue Ice Cloning
Settup by mysterious businessman Lucian Brave, a rarely seen Company which specialises in the research of Genetic structure, there has been evidence to suggest that they have delved into illegal Human Cloning, though these reports are unsubstantiated.
Yusef Oil Concern
Headed by CEO Viktor Yusef formerly a Smorgg citizen, when Smorgg fell he looked elsewhere to find oil and managed to scrape along when he was contacted by the Leader who funded Oil hunts and gave oil wells in nations he had conquered to Yusef, some have suggested that Yusef is the Leaders prodigy and will leave the organisation to the Russian when he dies.
Davos MPS
