TriPetal Inc. is a public pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation located in Kinshasa, Zaïre. Originally formed in the USSR as a biological weapons manufacturer, TriPetal has grown to become a massive, multinational, geo-political entity holding vast amount of stock and investments in hundreds of nations around the world. For this reason - among others - individuals, nations, and watchdog groups fear the TriPetal corporation.

History

Originally founded in the Soviet Union as a biological weapons producer under the control of the Biological Preparations Directorate. As this entity, TriPetal was a subsidiary of the Commissariat of War and was thus under the control of the State. During this time period, TriPetal was responsible for the testing and producing of Dystorium and its predecessors. Nearly failing this operation almost cost high-ranking officials within TriPetal their lives. Yet, finishing the production allowed them to survive one of the many purges throughout Soviet history.

After the discovery of melange and the Sapho Orchid, TriPetal became the only producer of the refined products in the world - remaining thus to the present (except for the Laurasian government). Thus, much international competition attempted to purchase the rights and resources to produce the refined pharmaceuticals; however, TriPetal refused to give in. During this period (2000-present) an individual by the name of Dr. Yusuf Amin took over ownership of the corporation, placing himself as CEO and Chairman of the Board of TriPetal Incorporated.

Only until after the Soviet Reformation was TriPetal officially formed in Zaire and under the control of Dr. Yusuf Amin. From this point, TriPetal produced hundred of types of pharmaceuticals and biological technology - including Dystorium. It is unknown how TriPetal was able to keep the secrets of Dystorium with them and be able to produce it without ramifications.

Controversy

Since the relocation o the TriPetal headquarters in 2006, there has been some controversy around TriPetal and the Syndicate. Some international media outlets have stirred-up problems due to illegally obtained memos from key members within TriPetal stating:

"In relation to the Syndicate, the TriPetal Corporation is not to officially claim any relation to the militant organization. However, it is personal opinion of Dr. Yusuf Amin, that there is no official problem with the organization and its goals."

For this reason, the International Financial Honesty Commission has wished to investigate the nation in order to determine the factual nature of this memo - and others - in order to determine whether the TriPetal Corporation is funding terrorist activities around the world.
