The University of Conroy at Vickery (UCV) is a large research university and one of the largest in Kelssek. The university's strong medical and engineering programs include several world-class research facilities for medical studies, nanotechnology and energy research.

The largest branch of the University of Conroy system, UCV was established in 1908 as the first in the system of universities across the province envisioned by the passage of the University of Conroy Act, although for over 50 years it remained the only campus before the Kieran Pearson government gave the provincial government funds to expand the system as part of a nationwide project to improve education in Kelssek.
