Vietnam block
After a review of edits via the database, I've found no legitimate edits from that IP range. However, since it is a large part of a country, I'm going to modify the block to a 3-month block instead of indefinite - it can always be extended. Problem with editing

Hey, I'm having some real trouble with my Burnsian Military article. I've checked my HTML over and over again, and it seems flawless.
