The region of World Eye was founded on July 13, 2005 by the nation of WORLD EYE. The Nation, WORLD EYE intended for this region to be democratic and independent when it comes to Liberation. Forming alliances with the region is permitted, provided that those regions are not invaders. The core values of World Eye are Democracy, Independence, and Perseverance.
