The Dictatorship of Lord Euler is an oppressive nation that is ruled by Lord Euler, once member of HYDRA, who then founded PROWL, which he leads to the present day. While the Dictatorship had several predecessor nations secretly led by Lord Euler and PROWL, it was the first nation to reveal his name. The Dictatorship centers a complex and winding conspiracy, that incorporates PROWL, HYDRA and countless numbers of fakes and puppet nations. Recently, PROWL caused an invasion of Xanadou by The Revolutionary Council while having PROWL nation fake to be from GDI, in order to have the GDI go to war against The Revolutionary Council.
