Design
The design of the AT-415 was influenced by the RPG-29 of the former soviet union rather than the AT-4 of Sweden. It uses advances in warhead explosives to provide greater penetration power than the RPG-29 and also uses advanced materials to make it lighter and therefore easier to use. It uses a tube launched rocket for its warhead delivery system and aiming is carried out with the use of a 3x optical scope or iron sights. It can also equip an optional night vision scope to aid at night.
Projectile/ warhead
The projectile uses a solid fuel single use rocket that fires after clearing some distance from the launcher (soft launch) in order to prevent accidental harm tot he user. It carries a powerful warhead, of which there are several types. The warhead is also designed to detonate when the fuel from the rocket is used up at ranges of 900-1,300 m. There is also a rocket self destruct button on the launcher, though generally the projectile is a fire and forget type weapon. The projectile is also stabilized by eight fins that deploy immediately after launch.
