Design
(under construction) The IV-2 is a advanced IFV designed by Firehelper Armour Ltd. It was a independently funded project and was adopted by the FNA in 2001
Weapon
The main weapon of the IV-2 is a 30mm auto cannon capable of firing two types of rounds: a kenetic energy penetrator or a airbust tungsten rod round. It can carry all MWS systems on two side backets and one top. It also carries a powerfull .50 cal machinegun with Armour piercing rounds. It carries 350 rounds for the main gun and 2,000 for the machinegun
armour
The IV-4 uses electric reactive armour. This can be augmented with various other armour blocks to provide increased protection the the sides and the top.
Electronics
The T-140 is equipped with a T-11 fire-control computer that uses data from a variety of sources, including the gunner's primary sight, Satilite Navigation System, a laser rangefinder, a crosswind sensor, a pendulum static cant sensor, data on the ammunition type, ammunition temperature, and a muzzle reference sensor (MRS) that determines barrel drop due to gravity and temperature. The fire-control system uses this data to compute a firing solution for the gunner. The gunner controls firing unless overridden by the tank commander. ((mostly from wikipedia M1 article)) It also carries the equipment nessicary for the MWS.
