The country is preparing for war, all major public areas are watched by police surveillance cameras, citizens are regularly shot for parking on the double-yellow line, and businesses often fire workers in favour of cheaper automatic systems. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. A Crazy Wacko Redhead's national animal is the wild blonde, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the follicle.

A Crazy Wacko Redhead started late in the year 2004, although it's roots stretch back to early 2003. A Crazy Wacko Redhead started out of the ashes of the nation Evil Oceanic Wombats. Evil Oceanic Wombats had horrified it's people with the government's increasingly shocking genetic and technological experiments, which culminated in the creation of the Wild Blondes. Red saw an opportunity to oust the cruel dictatorship and in early 2003, started a cult that promoted the rejection of future technology and a return to past tech. After a year of campaigning and gaining support, he started a revolution, the [[Redheadian Revolution]], against the government at the beginning of 2004, supported by the common people and funded by the businesses.

My leader is a guy named Red. He started when I started appending 'Red' to the messages in the regional chat. Anyways, he grew upon himself until he become the crazy figure he is today. Now, although he is a dictator, much of the government is controlled by the buisnesses, who get things done by bribing Red considerably. In addition, Redhead is a nation that has reverted to past tech. When Red took office, he changed the nation from it's former beginnings as the techy Evil Wombats and convinced them to reject technology. However, much of the scientific technology remains and is a badly kept secret. Red possess a seperate police force that uses future tech military technology. The buisnesses use present tech. Most of the buildings still run on present to future tech. However, most of everything else is done with past tech. Now, to the landscape. Redhead is a barren nation filled with crowded cities in the majority... except for this one region. This part is still in it's natural state... Natural except for the presence of the Wild Blondes. They are the result of genetic experiments and biomechanical experiments on humans conducted by Wombat. This has lead to them possessing incredible abilities and a vicious temperment. And claws. We can't forget the metal cyborg claws. How they reproduce is unknown, but it is speculated that an automated factory is located underground in the middle of this region that continues to produce them. Regardless, they occupy this area and keep everything out. The only force in Redhead that is a match for them is Red's police, which collects them (with much lose of life) for war efforts. The population is a rabid consuming thingie... partly through force. The normal police force is quite pervasive, even without the help of the special police (now refered to as the Redheadian Guard)...

After several months of war, Red attacked the capital city, Wolonia, and killed the scientists in charge of the nation on April 19th, 2004. However, Red's movement quickly splintered into factions, as the different parts of the revolution disagreed on how to govern the nation. The matter rapidly dissolved into a massive civil war and Red went into hiding to avoid being killed by his former allies. For 6 months, the country was embroiled in a vicious civil war. During this time, Red covertly allied himself with the businesses and rebuilt his popular support.

The army consists of past tech troops. They are highly disciplined and trained, and use pegasi (another of Wombat's experiments) and superior numbers and tactics to win against opponents with better technology. However, the main state-sponsered fighting force is a conscript force. The police comb the streets and grab every hobo and hoodlum such that they can find. They also buy slaves from every company and empty the prisons. These people are armed with pickaxes, cigarettes, and booze and are let loose in enemy territory and commanded to pillage whatever they want (they are armed as such and called the Mad Miners in the memory of the plucky drunken band of miners that played the key role in Red's victory over Wombat). Since one of their tendency's is to use molotov cocktails to great effect, they are actually decent at overwhelming superior forces. Wild blondes are also collected and let loose after which they ravage anything they come across... However, all these troops act as a screen/diversion for the true fighting force. The Redheadian Guard attack under the cover of the other troops along with mercenary forces sponsered by companies trying to gain influence and government rewards.

His opposition was quickly silenced and on December 5th, 2004, Red declared himself the Crazy Wacko Redhead of A Crazy Wacko Redhead. He fulfilled his earlier aims of creating a past tech nation when on January 1st, 2005, the country reverted to medieval technology. However, most buildings, homes, businesses and public services were left with their technologies intact, a tradition that has continued to this day. This has left an eclectic blend of technology from all ages in A Crazy Wacko Redhead. In addition, the government secretly kept Wombat's future technologies and used them in Red's secret police and for research of all sorts. Red quickly adapted an insane persona that allows him to play off the businesses and powerful people in his country. He built up the law enforcement, the defense, and the economy, which continues to give Red a strong popular support, as the law enforcement, the military, and the businesses are the main powers in A Crazy Wacko Redhead.

The people were starting to get scared of Wombat's increasingly insane experiments that often went wrong and were horribly breaching moral and intelligent standards. So Red decided to take advantage of this. He created a cult which hated future tech and wanted to revert. They became quite popular, and with the help of buisnesses that Red persuaded to help out, Red's forces marched on the capital. In the vicious fighting that followed, all of Red's forces were defeated, even the mercenarys... except for the Miners. They attacked again and again, giving up their lives for every inch of ground. It kinda helped that they were drunk to near blindness at the time. Anyways, they broke through the forces and created such a chaos that the rest of the army was easily defeated. Red then assumed the throne and became The Crazy Wacko Redhead and the nation was named as such. Red then reverted the country to past tech but retained all the future tech stuff and used it to create his not so secret police. However, his natural charisma still keeps him popular amoung the people... That and the fact that crime is low and they're pretty rich. Red courted all the buisnesses, setting them against each other, accepting bribes, pretty much getting them to do all the technological work his government wasn't doing. Although he appears to be an easily bribed, weak, yet insane leader, he is actually quite canny and keeps up the image to fool his enemies. For he has many enemies. One of the best ways to be considered insane, is to randomly attack other nations. Red is a big fan of this method... probably because war stimulates the economy and economy = good. However, as a by product, many of the nations on the recipient end of his latest wars harbor a dislike for him... however, his popularity amoung his regoin (he imports all their goods and the other regional leaders can't help but like him despite all his quirks and insanities...) and amoung the buisnesses make him a powerful opponent. So Red spends his days getting very rich, setting buisnesses against each other, helping the economy, the police force, and the military, then spending all his bribe money on wars.

The nations of Octavius Paenite and Walther Atkinson had declared war on Rioki over issues such as UN membership. Rioki appealed to the UN to provide support, and recruited several small nations to assist him in his defense. Carefully considering the choice between the huge, but un-militaristic Rioki and his smaller allies, and the two large militaristic nations of Octavius and Walther, Red choose to ally himself with Octavius in Walther. Red's troops played a great role in the [[Riokian War]], however, the war was abruptly ended due to withdrawal by the UN allies of Rioki and a treaty between all the involved nations in the [[The Flying Nation in the Sky|FNS]].

A Crazy Wacko Redhead was involved in a conflict between the somewhat allied forces of Octavius Paenite, Walther Atkinson, and A Crazy Wacko Redhead against the forces of Rioki, Purple Pandas Mark II, Concador, and other assorted nations. The causes of the war were supposedly crimes such as joining the UN, but it is suspected that boredom was the true culprit.

A Crazy Wacko Redhead is a desolate nation, covered with urban jungles and towering mountains. The nation is highly urbanized and most of the land outside of the mountains is heavily occupied. However, one part of the nation remains in its natural state, the [[Jungle of Erdia]], a somewhat small walled off plot of hills, plains, and jungles near the capital city Rojara. It is not urbanized because it is the last natural home of the [[Wild Blondes]] that were created by Evil Oceanic Wombats. Since it is suspected that wild blondes cannot mate, it is hypothesized that an autonomous factory remains underground in the center of the jungle and continues to create the wild blondes to this day.
