Background
The Goddess Relief Office of Anime Daisuki is currently an UN nation in service of 10000 Islands. The GRO is modelled on the anime Aa Megami-sama and is not a nation per se. It is a help office situation in heaven in Yggdrasil.
The GRO assists the helpless and the defenseless. Nations in need of help may contact the GRO with a phone call to Kami-sama (God). However, only those with a pure heart will be put through. The phone number is irrelevant as what is important is the intention. The goddesses will hear a cry for help wherever they come from.
