Ariddian Airlines are a State-owned company, as there is no private enterprise in Ariddia. The company operates an ageing fleet which, nonetheless, still meets and adheres to international safety requirements. Flights are free for Ariddian citizens, and fairly cheap for everyone else; the company is one of the government’s notable sources of income in a moneyless society. Ariddian Airlines’ planes offer only Economy-class seats, no Business-class, in keeping with the communist State’s classless ideology. The airline maintains a code-sharing agreement with AeroPacitalia.
Perhaps the airline's best-known worker (the word "employee" is rarely used in Ariddia) is Cassie Lee, who is also a goalkeeper on Ariddia's national football team.
