The Royal Democratic Dominion of Bihara (Norwegian; Den Kongelige Dominion Bihara), normally refered to as Colonial India in Skatval is a Skatvalian dominion on the Indian sub-continent.
History
Bihara was a part of British India, but the area was de facto Skatvalian.

Bihara is the last colony at the Indian sub-continent, but the people have their own democratic elections every fourth year, and rule Bihara free, exept the foreign affairs politics which is together with Skatval.
Society

Bihara's poverty is large, and the government struggles in the fight against it. The government recieves enormous amounts of money every year the defeat the poverty, and so long the poverty has been reduced. The formal head of state in Bihara is Erik I. of Skatval.

Bihara's largest party is The Unity Party, led by General Chansellor Fernetti Jinnah. The General Chansellor is the supreme leader of Bihara, like the Governor General in RL Canada. The General Chansellor also works as Prime Minister. Mr. Jinnah is also leader of the largest party in the Congress, The Unity Party. The two overall largest parties in Bihara is The Unity Party and The Independence Party. Their largest goals are self-explanatory. Their both centrist parties.

The official flag of Bihara is a red, rectangular flag, with a white square in the upper left corner. Inside the white square, there is a red, Greek cross. The flag's orgin is a Skatvalian missionary organisation, which used the flag outside their churches and other houses. The Skatvalian flag is just used at public offices, and not much used among the population.
