Basics of the Paradise
A region of economic and social excellence that shares a diverse population of moderate conservatives, middle of the road conservatives, extreme conservatives, and some capitalists and libertarians as well. We always looking for members that are of character and class.
We have a constitution that provides for free speech and free markets along with democracy, fair civil rights, and national rights. Recently, the region underwent a refounding and is currently working back to full strength.
The Paradise has been a leader in pushing free markets, national sovereignty, and traditional values in NationStates. We are charter members of both the defunct CEO and CDA, and we are proud founding members of the current ACCEL. St Edmund, a former UN Delegate for this region and (as 'Godwinnia & St Edmund') our current Director at ACCEL, is also a proud member of both the National Sovereignty Organization and UN DEFCON.
The population of the region decreased somewhat during a recent re-founding (under the leadership of Androssia, following the departure of Sarcodina from NS), from its previous peak of 57 nations, but is now back on the increasce.

Operation Reagan Revolution
Conservative Paradise has also been an active supporter of ending the socialist-controlled defender organizations and United Nations. In 2004, the Paradise declared war on the Peoples Revolutionary Party, former main region of RKKA, that has since decreased to 1 nation in a fold. The Paradise though remains strong while the RKKA and PRP do not.
GIRRNS and IBO
From Operation Reagan Revolution, two organizations formed that are now in CP's sister region, Operation Reagan Revolution. One is the Gipper Institute of Reason and Reform in NationStates (GIRRNS) which promotes sovereignty and reform in foreign matters of NS (especially the UN, regional conflicts etc.) GIRRNS has particularly pushed for strong and openminded leadership in sinkers and the Realms. Secondly, the region also still maintains an intelligence service (the International Blue Organization IBO). This organization helped more than anything to bring down the Peoples Revolutionary Party, and helped right-leaning regions be protected for their beliefs.
Attack from within
On March 4th, 2007, The Tri-Tone attacked his own alliance. All members of Conservative Paradise, besides Tri-Tone, were ejected and banned. No reason for the attack has yet been specified.
Refugees moved to the CP Waiting Room II, while Tri-Tone used puppet nations to create and lock regions with similar names.
The crisis ended several days later, with the region Conservative Paradise Reborn's establishment.
