Beginnings

The Errinundera Football Association was the dream of the then Protector of Sport, filthyl, around the time of NationStates World Cup 4. The association was up and running in time for a season to be completed before WC5 and for a national team to be entered.

Premiers

Domestic seasons have been run to coincide with each NSWC. With NSWC 30 approaching the EFA has completed 26 seasons.

Divisional Structure

Currently the EFA has 2 divisions with the bottom 3 of each division relegated at the end of each season. The top three teams of division 2 are promoted. There is a non-divisional team knockout competition each season and the top 3 placed teams earn a place in division 2.

Bendoc, Deddick and Lilly Pilly Creek to be relegated.

Second Division

Upper Cann, Haydens Bog and Hensleigh Creek to be relegated. Cabanandra, Club Terrace and Jackson Crossing to be promoted from the knockout competition.

  • Notable Feature: 1,300 people were crushed when 250,000 turned up to a hastily arranged round-robin qualifying match in WC6
