Summary
The Federalist Europe Alliance (FEA) region was founded on 1st September 2004 by Twickers. No particular political or religious positions are prerequisite for membership. All opinions are welcomed and respected.
Friendships, Alliances, Memberships
A long-standing friendship exists between the FEA and the region of the Atheist Empire. The FEA is also a member of the ACCEL alliance. The FEA is also allied with The Pub.

The New Order Government
Since replacing Krydiq as the new UN delegate in late Sept. 2007, Lunar destiny has suggested new directions and visions for the FEA region (3rd Oct. 2007 forum post). These included the relinquishment of the individual voting power that comes with the UN delegate position. This meant greater interest in UN resolutions, as UN members as well as non-UN members could have voting power. Lunar Destiny also created ministerial positions in the regional FEA government so that an active group of core players could contribute for the general good of the region.
Although the new government is still in formation (and is slow going, as there is a lack of candidates coming forth for several of the positions), the New Order government has stirred up a lot of interest, especially as it ordered the restoration and reformation of the regional map. Although delegate Lunar Destiny put forth his vision for the map, whereby "[r]ather than drawing lines on a map and slicing it up like a pie, we'll follow a Latin American model and choose points from which our respective powers [emanate]" (3rd Oct. 2007 forum post), Einmyria was tasked eventually with the regional cartography (forum post), resulting in the present regional map of territorial claims. Several large, prominent FEA nations, including that notably of the regional founder Twickers, have not yet claimed territory for unknown reasons.
As delegate, Lunar Destiny also encouraged the region to have greater involvement in national and NS UN issues, and to use the region in order to further ideas. Since then, Einmyria has brought up the topic of development on the moon up for discussion as a possible UN resolution. The idea behind the resolution was to enable the UN to recognize the political and territorial sovereignty of member nations like Lunar Destiny who have settlements on the moon. However, this idea went into somewhat of a dead end as the intricacies of lunar law, human rights, and international security made the idea of territorial sovereignty too confusing.
In response to the general interest in lunar development, Lunar Destiny suggested a simple repeal of UN Resolution 50, the United Nations Space Consortium (forum post), which seems to be a UN child organization that has resulted in non-action and therefore, no effect. It is unclear whether there is enough regional pull to make this a real appeal, and members of the FEA are currently discussing ways in which to make the appeal more effective.
Einmyria also suggested a Schengen Agreement-like accord (Oct. 24 forum post) for the FEA after the enactment of UN Resolution 226, the Passport Standardisation Act. With the aye/nay/abstain vote ending with 3/4/0, it seems that the region has decided to continue the status quo as there is strong opposition. Objections to this accord had to do with immigration policies, as individual nations wanted the right to control the rate of immigration, and while free travel would encourage and increase the amount of tourists, the conceivable, undetected free-flow of immigrants would be an issue.

ACCEL Dissolution?
Desius, leader of Manolonia and FEA representative to ACCEL, started up a poll of ACCEL Dissolution. As Twickers puts it, as a small region, the FEA relies on the ACCEL as an effective means to campaign and relate to the greater NS world. Members of the FEA had previously voiced their disapproval as to FEA's continued membership to the ACCEL, so much so that they left the FEA, but with the aye/nay/abstain vote resulting in 2/6/3, the FEA has firmly voted against the dissolution of the ACCEL.

- EinmyriaUN - one of the smallest nations within the FEA. The Kingdom of Einmyria is largely remembered for it's annual three-day Oktoberfest as well as it's numerous forest conservation areas. Ruled by a constitutional monarchy, the present Sovereign Monarch is Her Royal Highness (HRH) Queen Joanne. Geographically, the Einmyrian coast meets the Gulf of Lion in the Mediterranean.
- Lunar destiny UN DELEGATE - one of the most populous nations within the FEA. It's main presence is as a lunar colony on and under the surface of the moon, but keeps a lunar/recovery area on Earth in the FEA. Ruled by a Council, Lunar Destiny's present Chairman is Omar Khayyam. On Earth, Lunar Destiny controls the Straits of Gibraltar.
