History of Icovir
The following history is the earliest known history of Icovir (OOC note: This is NOT historically truthful, nor is it historically accurate).
The land now known as The Shia Islamic Caliphate of Icovir was once controlled by 3 seperate Empires back in 1,000 B.C. The largest Empire of them all was known as the "Empire of Icovir". The other, smaller ones were known as "The Empire of Victonia" and "The Empire of Madinah".
The Emperor of the Empire of Icovir, Icovir I, decided to conquer these Empires in 990 B.C. He prepared his soldiers, and attacked. He also prepared a large Navy and attacked Victonia (for it was across the water from the capitol of Icovir, Najmun Ifajr).
The attacks on Victonia succeeded, and Victonia was officially annexed by the Empire of Icovir in 980 B.C.
The attacks on Madinah failed, and Icovir lost one quarter of it's Navy.
Madinah and Icovir agreed to sign a peace treaty in 900 B.C., which was the official end to the attempting invasion and annexation of Madinah. The war was cristened "The Great Invasions". This started a period of peace between Icovir and Madinah, lasting from 900 B.C. to 300 B.C.
The Empire of Madinah strikes back
Then, in 300 B.C., Emperor al-Bakr IV, Emperor of Madinah, decided to try and annex Icovir. Attacks suceeded on the Icovirian capitol, Najmun Ifajr, and Icovir was cut in half.
The attacks suceeded, the land mass became known as "The Empire of Madinah". Emperor Klaus IV, Emperor of Icovir at the time, was imprisoned, and his wife was beheaded.
The daughter of Emperor al-Bakr IV took pity on Klaus IV, and soon they fell in love. They bore 2 children, and wanted them to continue the legacy of the line of Emperors of Icovir.
Needless to say, the daughter of al-Bakr IV was beheaded for this. This was when Klaus IV rallied all the war prisoners of al-Bakr IV, 10,000 in total, and broke out of prison. They ran away to foreign lands, and started a new Empire known as the "Great Icovirian Empire".
The annexation of the Empire of Madinah by the Great Icovirian Empire
10 years later, more and more people began migrated (illegally) to the Great Icovirian Empire from the Empire of Madinah. These people spoke English, Arabic, and French. This was when, rallied under one ruler, Klaus V (son of Klaus IV), they invaded the Empire of Madinah.
Many citizens of Madinah allied with the Icovirians, and soon al-Bakr IV was overthrown and beheaded. The people cheered, for al-Bakr IV became known as a dictator to the people.
The Empire of Madinah was annexed by the Great Icovirian Empire in 250 B.C.E. The Great Icovirian Empire lasted, in peace, until 1993 C.E.
The Dictrict President of Victonia, Klock Numb, decided to ask Emperor Victoshvok, the current Emperor of the "Absolute Imperial Regime of Icovir", for independence. Victoshvok refused, and a bloody war erupted. This war lasted for 8 years, until finally in 2001, Victonia recieved independence. It became known as the "Republic of Victonia"
This independence did not last long, however. Emperor Victoshvok wasn't willing to let a piece of land with many natural resources go. So he deployed all troops in Icovir to attack Victonia.
These attacks suceeded, and Victonia was again annexed by Icovir.
The war with the Union of Communist Nations
Emperor Victoshvok was victim of an assassination attempt in 2006 C.E. He blamed the Union of Communist Nations for this attempt, and declared war on them.
To support his war, Emperor Victoshvok commited genocide in the capitol of his Empire, Viktivskni. Only a few people survived.
Emperor Victoshvok declared war on The World Soviet Party, and in turn all of the UCN was at war with Icovir. Emperor Victoshvok then surrendered, for he was afraid his Empire would fall. Montegrande decided to help Icovir by deploying troops to help rebuild the Empire.
The Great Regime Change of 2006 (The Coup D'etat by Prince Zulfiqar Abdullah)
Seeing this genocide and war angered Prince Zulfiqar. He was angry at his father, and decided to work together with Montegrandean forces to stage a Coup D'etat.
He suceeded in gathering Icovir's army up against Emperor Victoshvok. Emperor Victoshvok was overthrown by his own son, Prince Abdullah, in 2006 A.D. Prince Abdullah was only 14.
The new Emperor, Zulfiqar Abdullah, decided to create a whole new government with the help of Montegrande. He created the Senate of 70 men and gave them power, the Head of Government position (President), and the Head of Senate position (Prime Minister).
The 3 branches he created, along with Emperor Victor I himself, ruled equally. He also gave the people the power to vote for their leaders, and the power to impeach the Emperor should most of the population vote for it.
Emperor Zulfiqar Abdullah also made up the motto of Icovir and designated the official languages. He cristened this new Empire/Caliphate "The Shia Islamic Caliphate of Icovir". This new government is still going strong.
Membership into the UCN
Caliph Zulfiqar Abdullah also decided to join the UCN, but held a public election to see what the people would think. Every person voting had equal power, including the Caliph himself. The people decided to join the UCN, with just 2 more people voting "yes" than "no" (out of the whole populace, Senate, Prime Minister, President, Caliph, Government officials, and the people).

Icovir's Nuclear Weapon History/The Nuclear War with Galation
The Nuclear Bomb test by Icovir
In 2006, 1 month after Emperor Zulfiqar Abdullah rose to the throne, he decided to begin building a Nuclear Bomb.
It was tested on the Abandoned Isle of Icovir (site of Emperor Victoshvok's palace) and it was a sucess. It was 6 kiltons in strength.
The Nuclear War with Galation
In November 2006, a short nuclear war with Galation took place.
It started when Galation launched a nuclear weapon at an innocent nation offering Icovir aid in a war with Emperor Nero.
Icovir then declared war on Galation, who in turn declared war on Icovir and launched a nuclear weapon at Icovir, killing 1,000 citizens.
2 other nuclear superpowers, Skgorria and Atopiana, came to Icovir's aid.
Icovir, Skgorria, and Atopiana launched constant nuclear strikes at Galation. Icovir sent constant Hydrogen Bombs (donated from the Scandinvans), Skgorria launched very strong Nuclear Bombs (although not Hydrogen Bombs), and Atopiana launched every Nuclear Weapon it had.
Galation, with the whole country being destroyed by the 3 nuclear Superpowers of Icovir, Skgorria, and Atopiana, quickly proposed a peace treaty with Icovir. Galation signed, Icovir signed, and Skgorria and Atopiana signed afterwards.
Casualties of the Nuclear War with Galation
The Hydrogen Bomb test by Icovir
In November 2006, the Icovirian scientists had finished building a hydrogen bomb. Icovir had long used hydrogen bombs donated from the Scandinvans, but now Icovir is has built one and is using Icovirian-made Hydrogen Bombs.
The bomb was 10 kilotons in strength.
It test started when Emperor Zulfiqar Abdullah, in November 2006, sold the Abandoned Isle of Icovir to Galation, an enemy, for $99 million.
Icovir was in war with Emperor Nero, and seeing that Galation was an enemy was afraid that Galation would harbor Neroian forces against Icovir on that island.
So Caliph Zulfiqar Abdullah decided to test (which was long-delayed) the Hydrogen Bomb.
General Josh Natock, second-in-command of Icovir's military flew the bomber plane holding the bomb himself.
He flew around the isle, and dropped the bomb. There was a parachute which slowed down the bomb's fall, giving Josh Natock time to escape from the 10 kiloton blast.
It hit the Former Icovirian island and destroyed it. All Galation forces on the island were killed, and the Galations, after feeling the shock from Icovir's nuclear war with Galation, had nowhere else to set up their bases.
Facts about the Caliph/government/people
- Icovir is a very diverse country, with 16 different races living in it (as of last census).
- The current Caliph, Caliph Zulfiqar Abdullah, is only 14 years old.
- Icovir is a very old nation. It has existed since 1000 B.C. It's most well known historical fact is that the line of Caliphs trace back to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH&HF) himself.
- Although Caliph Zulfiqar Abdullah is very young, he still led Icovir to prosper like it never has since the time of the period of peace (from 900 B.C. to 300 B.C.) in less than 1 year.
- Although the Caliph line of Icovir almost was abolished (back in the time of Klaus IV), Caliph Zulfiqar Abdullah (the current Emperor/Caliph of Icovir) is a direct descendant of Emperor Icovir I (the first Emperor of Icovir).

- Sunni Muslim: 9%
- Christian: 1% (only in the Province of Europe)
We would like to note that extremism is extremely frowned upon and is not tolerated in Icovir.
Economy
Ever since Caliph Zulfiqar Abdullah took office, the economy has boosted. It is now a Powerhouse status economy, and still growing. Our major natural resources are:

Military
Caliph Zulfiqar Abdullah also increased the Icovirian military and her allies. Now, Icovir has a strong military, and it is getting stronger.
