Original idea
The original idea was to find up-and-coming drivers from Liverpool England, and there would therefore be five local teams of three drivers each, racing at Liverpool England's six racing circuits as well as at the Waterway Circuit on Lox Land Island. This idea was rejected, however, as it would not generate enough interest.
Current format
Harvey Burle, team principal of LEC LivEng Racing, the only Liverpool England team in the NSF1GP championship, was appointed to take over "renovating" the idea. He expanded the number of entries to eight teams of two from Liverpool England, and up to six teams of two from abroad. He also changed the number of races from 14 domestic races to nine domestic races and four foreign races.
After response stopped, short of expectations, the fourth foreign race was cancelled, and the two open foreign team slots nullified.
