It contains the majority of PopularFreedom's internationally-known clubs. There are now 10 clubs in the PRL after 2 more joined for the upcoming 2006 season. The points system for the upcoming 2006 system has changed so that a win is now worth 4 points, a tie is worth 2, while bonus points are issued for scoring 4 or more tries, as well as for losing by 7 or less points. The playoff system has been done away with so that the team with the most points at the end of the season is crowned the champion. In the event that two or more clubs are tied for the most points, a championship final is held in the stadium of the current defending champion. The current defending PRL champions is the Lenita Legions located in the city of Lenita, PopularFreedom.
