Politics of Shinaria

-Government;

Represented by the Shinari Senate -> Every Territory, Province (ruled by a Governor) has a Senator in the Senate.

Ruled by the Parties in the Shinari Parliament;

• The Chu’unthor (Parliament)

  - Upper House <-> The Party. 70 Lords who ratify any laws and decisions passed by the Lower  House. Not allowed to amend. Members serve for seven years.
  - Lower House <-> Elected every five years. 700 seats to be filled by the members of the political parties. Parties only accepted in government with a least 100 million votes threshold.
  - The Senate  <-> Consists of the Senators of the Imperial Territories and Provinces.
  - High Court of Lady Justice <-> Five High Supreme Judges. From seven to fifteen Supreme Judges.
  - The Council of State <-> Advisory Council to the Government (100 members): 

In Shinaria, the Council of State is a constitutionally established advisory body to the government which consists of members of the Imperial Family and Crown-appointed members generally having political, commercial, diplomatic, or military experience. Besides these, each Imperial Dynasty has two members in The Council of State as well as one member from the Grand Families (42 in total). The Council of State must be consulted by the cabinet on proposed legislation before a law is submitted to the parliament. The Council of State also serves as a channel of appeal for citizens against executive branch decisions.
