Tiberius Starblayde proposed this Regional Alliance between Abattoir, Novvs Atlantis/Nova Roma, Starblaydia and Xile in an effort to ally the Autocratic/Dictator nations within the region of Atlantian Oceania. What the other heads of state will say to this, however, remains to be seen.
