Overview

Armament

The armament of the T-11 is designed to combat a variety of enemies on the modern battlefield. It allows the T-11 to fully intergrate with the rest of Krob military forces.

Primary

130mm Cannon

The Primary armament is the Dvormetel' 130mm SA2MB Smoothbore Cannon. This is a revolutionary design feature for Krob armour, as all previous designs have used rifled guns. The increase in standard calibre from 127mm to 130mm allows greater penetrating power, but there is a disadvantage in the weight of the ammunition. With increased weight, the tank has reduced cross country manouverability and ammunition stowage is decreased. The T-11 also introduces the auto-loader to Krob armour. Previously, there had been a crew of four, one of the crew being the loader. With the introduction of the autoloader, the crew is reduced and rate of fire increased.

82mm Mortar

The 82mm mortar seems to be an unusual weapon for an MBT

Secondary

12.7mm MG

7.62mm GPMGs

40mm Grenade Launchers
