The Great Guys

The Great Guys is an alliance in The Spectrum, formed on the 8th of June 2007. It was created to "bring back the glory days of The Good Guys". The alliance has not decided on an anthem yet. It is a military alliance, established by the signing of the 'Double-G Treaty' on the 8th of June, 2007. With headquarters in The Sparkly Island if Bunnies, the organisation established a system of collective defence whereby its member states agree to mutual defense in response to an attack by any external party.
The Great Guys have now reverted back to being Good Guys or Elite members.

The latter six members were chosen, three each by Oldham Road and Sherylannia. On the 8th of June, Sherylannia sent personal invites to each one of the six.
History
In the early hours of the 10th July, Oldham Road ceased trade with the nations of Sabrateur, I Know Better Than You and Calumnius. The First Ruler of Oldham Road stated to the press that this was because S.A.T.O had recently designed treaties for their nations that he did not believe was for the benefit of the entire region. This is considered to be a radical move by the First Ruler because one of the only forms of trade involved between S.A.T.O and Great Guy nations is that of cocaine between Dhatsun and Oldham Road. This also caused controversy between nations of The Great Guys as the leaders of four of the nations were away at the time and could not object to this decision.
