The United Exterran Directorate was formed on the Third of July 2003. This alliance of seven (formerly eight, though Azreaon was annexed by Morinidra and Tomania) Exterran nations has brought much needed political, militaristic, and economic stability to Gemini Exterro. Natolya M'Kai, Praetor Emeritus of Morindira; Miklós Hedikai, Supreme Cordon of Greater Tomania; Ulrik Zæn, Chancellor of Dracoriana; and Maximillian IV, Emperor of Eriitia met in Gondolin, Tomania in early 2002 to speak with one another about the formation of the UED. The treaty was officially signed on the 3 July 2003. Since then four other members have joined the UED.
