THE GOVERNMENT
The Cabinet
The Cabinet of Malibu Islands government has now been established:
- President and Founder: Prime Zeus
- Vice-President: Samurai Hiko
- UN Delegate: Waynetoria
- Secretary of State: Zania Jaarda
- Secretary of Foreign Affairs: Periusistan
- Secretary of Commerce: Pamkhaos
- Secretary of Defence: Pasta Land
- Secretary of Recruitment: Happy Euphoria
- Press Secretary: Gruenberg
The Senate
Samurai Hiko, newly appointed Speaker of Nations, has announced the following Senate appointments:
- Early Autumn (Socialist)
- Gruenberg (Monarchist)
- Pasta Land (Monarchist)
- Prime Zeus
- Volerian
- Yaziman (Socialist)
Samurai Hiko has also announced initial proposals for The Malibu Islands Voting System:
- Each Senator has one vote, they either vote UP, which means they support the proposal or down, which means that are against the proposal.
- Each Senator, before he/she votes, has the right to talk about how the current proposal will do good to Malibu Islands or will do bad to Malibu Islands.
- Each Senator has the right to a fillibuster only if he or she has enough supporters to back the fillibuster.
- Each proposal will stay on the senate floors for 5 or more days so the senators can debates and vote on that proposal.
- The Speaker of Nations, at the end of the voting, announces either if the proposal passes or not.
Draft proposals assume a two-thirds majority will be required: this will mean 4 of the 6 Senators must support a Bill for it to pass.
The Supreme Court
The following nations have been appointed to the Supreme Court.

- The United Saders (Socialist)
The People's Assembly
The People's Assembly will work on a 'one nation, one vote' basis. All nations will be represented.
