Legalese is a moderate-sized nation in Atlantian Oceania. It was founded by a litigous society, which centers around the Legal system, the Legalese Code.

Geography
Legalese is bordered by Starblaydia on the north, The Lowland Clans to the south/southwest; on the west/northwest by Lake Bekk, and on the east by the Nemyan Strait.
Location: North-Eastern Atlantian Oceania, Margilantis Continent, bordering the Bekk Lake, Nemyan Strait, and Starblaydia.

Government
The Federal Government of Legalese is a split Executive/Legislative System. The Senate has its 200 members apprortioned among the regions, who prescribe two methods of selection:
- Direct Election by the Region Populace to a 3 year term (applies to at least half of each region's senators)
- Regional Council selects, from among its Councilors, a certian number of Senators. The Regional Council's head also becomes a Senator by default. Terms will last until the member loses their council seat, or the council removes them from the Senate.
The Senate elects the Consul from among its Directly Elected memebership. The Consul shall be in charge of the Executive matters of Legalese, primarially those of domestic importance (though Consul Davies has been known to cross that line). As such, the Consulate shall consist of all the executive departments in the government. The Consul will appoint the heads of such departments from anyone in the populace, with approval by the Senate, execpt in the case where the appointee is already a directly-elected Senator.
The Supreme Court of Legalese consists of Seven Life-Elected Justices, who will be the supreme authority in Legalese. However,those positions currently remain vacant.

The most popular game in Legalese is Soccer. The Legalese Association Football Confederation is the national governing body. It's arm, Soccer Legalese, handles club play, as well as the administration of the National Soccer League, set to begin Season I shortly.

Legalese has competed in the Qualifiers for the World Cup since WCXVIII.
Legalese hosted AOCAF V, and have participated in every Regional Competition since.
- ...in the Cup of Harmony
Legalese looks to compete in their fourth 'CoH'. They have had good results in this competition, reaching the finals in both COH X and XI, and finishing 4th in COH XII. Legalese co-hosted Cup of Harmony XIII with Rejistania, but had a disappointing tournament, losing to eventual winner Gaian Ascendancy in the quarterfinals.
