GOVERNMENT

Cabinet

The Cabinet is composed of 8-10 senior officials. It meets to discuss departmental plans and responsibilities.

Elections are currently being held for the positions of Vice-President and Secretary of Foreign Affairs.

Senate

The Senate is the main legislative body of Malibu Islands. It is chaired by the Speaker of Nations, and operates under a voting system known as 'the Hiko system', in reference to Samurai Hiko, a former Speaker. Senate membership is open to all members of Malibu Islands.

The Senate is currently in recess until new Senators are appointed. Current members are:

• Yaziman (Socialist)

Supreme Court

The Supreme Court is Malibu Islands' main judicial body. There is no 'Chief Justice', which each judge having an equal vote. Supreme Court seats are available to all members of Malibu Islands, excluding Senators.

The Supreme Court is currently in recess until new Justices are appointed. Current judges are:

The People's Assembly

Each nation receives one vote in the People's Assembly.
