The 2nd Oxen CUP will be held under a TRUE swiss-system tourney. Each team will play one match. The 8 winners of those matches, will be drawn to play each other, as will the 8 losers. After the second round, the 4 remaining winners will play each other, while the 4 winners for the loser's side and the 4 losers of the winner's side will play each other as will the 4 losers of the loser's side. After the 3rd round, the remaining 2 unbeatens will play for the championship and so on down the line. Each team will play 4 matches and will not play a team twice. Under such a system, there can not be a draw, all matches must have a winner.
