The Alliance Defense Network, or ADN, is the largest defender alliance in NationStates, comprised of 29 member regions. Its motto is "With Strength and Honor". The ADN was founded by Vazquez and Mendanau.
The current ADN director is Pope Hope. The Secretary of Defense is our own Unistrut Secretary of State is lovely Ananke

The ADN's true nature, however, is highly controversial. Some say they have repeatedly intervened in affairs where they were not wanted. The ADN has also consistently refused to accept the legitimacy of the People's Republic of The Pacific as the Pacific's government. Since Pope Hope declared martial law, many have been feeling increasingly alienated by the ADN.
