Overview
The Second Empire of Azerran is based on a relatively small area on a island continent in the south west of the region Sisgardia. Geogrpahically speaking it's closests neighbours are the Arenore of Taurenor to the east, the Grand kingdom of Aerion to the north east and the Hollow island colony of Hypocrisy of Der Angst to the south.
Azerran has had little impact on the world stage as centuries of being devided between the three Great Tribes meant that they simply could not afford to pay attion to the outside world. In recent times however the three great tribes have been removed from their power by refugees of the Sisgardian continent of Tavaroth in the far north east; the last remaining loyalists of the fallen Enduring Empire of Tarakalar.
Though twenty years has passed since the first Tavarothians arrived on the continent and they now make up roughly 23% of the total population and the new rulership has existed for eight years; there remains tension between the native tribes born and the formerly desert dwelling Tavarothions. While no one can deny that the the arrival of the Tavarothians has significantly bolstered Azerran's technological state and unified the country; there remain those who wish to drive the foreigners out.
